Ben for Model Number WBB4500G0WW The drive shaft(?) is rubbing on the bottom when there is a full load with the water filled. I checked the apron per other responses and it does not appear to be bent or sagging. The suspension springs do seem to be worn out though. I'm thinking replacing all 4 (green (AP3702594) in back and white (AP5607528) in front should fix the issue. I can send pictures of the apron if that is an option. Also, it shakes really hard from side to side; it seems like there are some brackets that would attach from the leg and platform assembly to the base assembly but they are missing, does that sound right?
Answer Ben, For the shaking this would be caused by failed rod and spring assemblies also. There is nothing attaching the tub to the base of the unit. The rod assemblies are what you would want to replace and are front WH16X10057 and rear WH16X10141 and need 2 of each. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, March 24, 2016
