Ant for Model Number pdss5nbwarss My refrigerator keeps perfect temperature at 37 degrees but my freezer no longer drops to 0 degrees. I can get 9-10 degrees at the lowest and at times it will raise to 19-21 degrees. I checked the coil and it is not frozen, I am thinking it may be going on defrost or something too often. Any ideas on what this might be? I have cleaned the condenser coil but still the temp will not reach 0 degrees. I don't think it is low on charge
Answer Hello Ant, If both fans are running while the compressor is on, the air flow inside and outside the unit is sufficient, and the compressor is not running hot, the only thing that can cause this is a Freon loss.
