Rachel for Model Number gsd2000g00ww I just moved into a house with this model dishwasher. When I turn the dishwasher on, the middle piece of the spray arm does not come up and the water in the spray arm isn't coming out very well. I opened the door during the cycle and the dishwasher does not stop its cycle. Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
Answer Hello Rachel, This is an issue with the drain valve leaking pressure. The drain valve is not available without the pump housing assembly. The easiest way to correct this issue is by replacing the pump and motor assembly WD26X10013. This will restore the pressure inside the unit so the water spray will supply the detergent water to all surfaces of the dishes for a satisfactory wash result.
