Gary for Model Number WTW4800BQ1 Top loader bangs like a load imbalance on spin.... have replaced drive block and suspension rods..... still bangs against case on large load... what else do I need to check... thanks
Answer Gary, Check and make sure the washer is level in both directions, and as close to the floor as possible. Make sure all four feet are on solid ground/floor. Check the cabinet for dents, dings, twists and bends in the metal. Remove the spin basket and check to see if it is "out of round" and/or if the balancing fluid in the top portion of the balance ring has been lost/leaked. Read More...
