Katie for Model Number GDT530PSD1SS Hi, my dishwasher is leaking water from the bottom of the door when running. We have replaced the lower door gasket and the tub gasket, but are getting the same result - water on the floor. Observations, as soon as I saw the leak I canceled the cycle, so it didn't go through any drying cycle, but hours later there is about a half inch of standing water around the flood switch assembly. There is little to no buildup of debris in the washer as far as I can tell. During the cycle after replacing the gaskets, I checked the drain pipe, and there was water going from the dishwasher through the pipe into the garbage disposal without impediment. I have also confirmed that the spray arm is functional. What do you recommend as a next test? Should the flood switch assembly be replaced? Thank you in advance!
Answer Katie, it would be recommended that all of the water be cleared from the dishwasher. After an hour, inspect under the filter for any water. If there is water building up after it was cleared, the failure would be in the water valve WD15X10015. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, January 3, 2022
