Steven D. for Model Number DLG 5966W gas dryer The flame coming out of the dryer tube is widespread and "licking" the side of the tube, causing the OT thermostat to open up after just ten seconds or so. Can the flame be adjusted or regulated with the knob/screw on top?
Answer Hello Steven, The screw should not be adjusted since this is provided for conversion only. If the flame is too wide there is either a burner 5201EL3001A issue or the unit has been installed without being converted to the correct gas supplied. Read More...
