Chris for Model Number WM0642HW Machine was making terrible noises. I took back cover off and I tightened the bolt on the rotor cover and ran one cycle. It started grinding again. Is it because the plastic is stripped out? Is that reason the bolt came loose? When I put the new rotor on, how tight do I need to get the bolt? Thank you
