Jeff S. for Model Number wm8000hwa On the rotor assembly there is a white plastic spline that knocks when motor reverses direction. I tightened the the bolt to it and the noise is not at bad but you can still hear it some what. Has LG come out with a metal spindel attached to the rotor instead of a plastic one. The noise is more noticeable when large loads are applied, such as towels. 2nd question, my washer says it a steam washer but when I took off the top to the washer I did not see a steam generator inside. How is this a steam washer without the steam generator?
