Khurram for Model Number samsung DMT610 I have a Samsung Dishwasher. It is showing error 5E. Initially it was showing error 9E and then I washed the water panel (Leveler) and refitted it. Now it is showing error 5E. The water is not going beyond certain point . I have checked all valves and these are properly open. But still the water is not coming into the dishwasher.
Answer Khurram, The 5E error would be a drain error which means that when off status of low level switch is not detected within 3 minutes during the drain. Check for alien particles clogging the drain hose that there is something clogged in the drain itself. Check connectors on the drain pump. The possible causes for this would be a bad drain pump, water level sensor and Main PBA. Since there was a issue with the water level sensor then this would be the most likely cause of the failure.
