Brian S for Model Number samsung DW80J3020us/AA Sitting on my work bench connected to cold water line,cause it didn't work in the house on hot water line Just trying to fix it. Drain works fine, water enters machine fills up stops filling then 4-5 clicks stops does nothing then after 15-20 min the pumps goes on worm water comes out drain hose and repeats cycle over and over. The troubling thing is their is NO ERROR CODE ?
Answer Brian, You will want to check to make sure that there is 120 vac going to the wash motor. If there is power but nothing happening then this will be a faulty motor.
