Hello Adelina, You will need to verify the freezer fan is running. If not, either the fan motor has failed or the control board is not sending voltage to the fan motor. If the fan motor is running, you will need to check for a frost build-up in the damper and air return. For a proper diagnosis we would please need you to verify the model number from the units' I.D. tag since it will not come up for us as a valid model number.
