Jeremy for Model Number Samsung RS267LABP The refrigerator section in not working. The freezer section works just fine. The refrigerator fan is not turning on even with the door switch closed. I checked for proper voltage at the main circuit board. I am getting 10 volts to the freezer fan, condenser fan, but not the refrigerator fan. I wired the refrigerator fan in parallel with the freezer fan at the circuit board and the refrigerator fan comes on. Do I need to replace the circuit board or is there a failed sensor somewhere that is not giving the circuit board the correct signal it needs to turn on the refrigerator fan?
Answer Jeremy, The fan motor will not work with the door open and the light switch will need to be in a closed state when checking the fan. If the fan is not getting power with the door switch in the closed position and the control board is sending power out to the fan then the issue would be the wiring from the fan to the control board.
