Nancy for Model Number Rs2545sh If the refrigerator builds up ice on the evaporator and causes the Samsung side-by-side refrigerator not to cool properly do I have to replace it with Samsung Ap4171999 or can I just buy the heater defroster for the refrigerator? Do I have to use Samsung parts? It's past the one year of ownership. Wish I had never bought Samsung refrigerator. PAIN!!! but maybe I'll get this issue solved. Where does it give video on how to do myself. thanks
