Answer Roger, You will want to check the evaporator in the freezer compartment and see what kind of frost pattern there is and make sure that the coils are not impacted by ice. If there is ice impacting the freezer evaporator then you will want to check the defrost sensors and defrost heater to make sure that they are good.
