Joe for Model Number rs2545sh I am having the evaporative coil freeze up after a week or so (fridge side) ...I checked at the connect (red white) that comes of the ends if the tubes top and bottom of the coils...I believe this is the heater... Iam reading an open...Is my heater the problem...thanks
Answer Hello Joe. If the heater reads open, it is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
