Phyllis S for Model Number RS267LBBP From reading so many questions/answers, it looks like my defrost heater is not working BUT that it is integrated with DA96-00020Q part so the entire evaporator assembly will have to be replaced. However, since it is a sealed system and I am a "mere mortal", would like to know what a rough estimate to get a licensed HVAC person to replace this. Can I order the actual part from you even though I have to hire someone else install it? I am now being told that if the evaporator has to be replaced, the compressor may too since it is a sealed system. About how much should it cost to get a repairman to fix this?
