Robert for Model Number RS264ABSH/XAA My Samsung side by side refrig. is showing -7 on the freezer side and 36 on the fridge side. However, both sides are actually warm, most of the food in the freezer is approaching room temp and the fridge side is terminal as well. Is their something centrally (a component shared by both sides) that may be the the problem? I have tried the power freeze and power cool buttons. They show that they are running?
