J for Model Number RS265LABP/XAA What is the black thing that goes into the coil and has a red wire attached to it (on the bottom right of the second picture)? What is the THERMO FUS (AP4136145)? Freezer is working fine. The coils in the fridge keep freezing up and the fridge temp on the display starts blinking about a week after we manually defrost the coils. Can't tell which part is the problem.
Answer Hello J. The red wire and black is the heater. Based on the information, the heater is bad and you will need to replace the evaporator assembly DA96-00020Q.
