Answer Hello Gerald. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the evaporator assembly DA96-00020Q is bad and will need to be replaced. The heater should read 120 ohms. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
