Roger for Model Number RS2545SH It seems that the evaporator assembly ap4171999 in my refrigerator is not working. Can a traditional heater and hi limit be installed ?
Answer Hi Rodger. No you need to order the evaporator assy. part # DA96-00020Q and then use the new heater and thermostsat to replace on the origional evaporator. Evaporator Assembly - This refrigerator evaporator assembly includes two DA60-00040A spacers, two DA60-00041A spacers, one DA32-10105R sensor, one DA47-00095E sensor, mounting clip DA61-00453A and the defrost heater.
