Answer Hello Paula, You either have a bad defrost thermostat sensor DA47-10160H, a bad defrost heater [DA59-00233H], a bad evaporator temperature sensor DA32-10105R, or a bad main control board DA41-00295D. You can test these with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
