Eddy N for Model Number RS267TDRS/XAA Hi, I have a Samsung fridge side by side RS267TDRS/XAA. The freezer side is working fine but the freezer side is not cooling. I have taken off the back panel and it was full of ice. I used a hairdryer to melt the ice but the ice keeps building up. I've also noticed that the temperature shows as if it was cooling, but its not. When I unplug and plug the fridge it shows me the true temperature. Is this what I need to get replaced? Please Help!
