Jose for Model Number DV45H6300EW/A3-0000 I have a three prong heating element. When I test for continuity I get continuity only between two prongs ( red and blue ) but none with the white prong. Does this mean my heating element is bad? The dryer is not producing heat. I already replaced the high limit fuse once.
