Sherri for Model Number WA422PRHDWR/AA My model number ends with AA and no numbers appear after that. The plastic mount snapped and broke off - spilling water everywhere. The pump still works, it is only the mount I need. The part number is DC97-16985A which is no longer available. Mine has three mounts but the replacement part you are recommending to other customers only has two - which you mentioned can not be mounted in the same spot - where would I mount the replacement part? Is it worth fixing? I purchased the washer in Feb 2013. The house call was already $84 just to show me the broken part.... :( It is still a new washer in my opinion - is the replacement part going to work???
Answer Sherri, The part that would be needed to correct the issue that you are having of the mounts breaking on the pump is DC98-01877B. This was a redesign from the manufacturer and will work for your unit. It should come with install instructions on how it goes into place. Read More...
