Ram for Model Number KSM150PSMC My Bleder machine does not operate. It stopped suddenly while it was working and does not operate. Do you think it could be a brush problem ? Or something else ? There is no smell comming out, but nothing happens.
Answer Ram, The model number you supplied is a K/A Mixxer, not a Blender. The brushes WPW10380496 could be the issue, but not likely at this point. With the machine inoperative and no odors, you may want to start at the power cord and check to see if there is an issue there or at the outlet.
