Madalin for Model Number KSM150PSER Hi, when I'm using the mixer on high speed it is working fine for 5 minutes or so and then the speed drops. Which component is causing this issue? Thanks!
Answer Madalin, you will want to check the phase control plate which is located inside the unit towards the back. If there is a voltage drop from the phase board to the motor after running for that length of time, it can cause your motor to slow down. You will also want to check the spring running from the control lever because if it weakens, it can do the same thing.
