You have part # ap2920719 and according to the diagram, this looks like the part I need. HOWEVER, the part you show appears to be all hard plastic, and the part currently in the dishwasher has a flexible/thinner outer ring on it? Can you help? I bought this part through a different retailer and when I put it on the dishwasher the lower wash arm won't turn...I think that's because this part is all hard plastic... but your website says that this part is compatible with my dishwasher? thanks
