Doug F for Model Number ALW54ORAW Hello. My washer won't agitate, the drum doesn't spin, and there is a burning smell. I opened up the panel and the drive belt is broken. I know I need to change that, but do you think that will fix everything, or is there something else that may need to be replaced? Thank you!
Answer Hello Doug. You will need to replace the belt and the bearing kit R9900457 on the unit. To install the belt, you will need to remove the motor and then take off the pump and run the belt around the motor pulley. Reinstall the pump and then install motor into washer.
