Geoff, The " clunking noise when the spin cycle stopped" would indicate that the drive block WP389140 continues to rotate when the drive tube W10820043 has stopped by the brake. You'll need to remove everything from the tub and check the drive tube tabs, to see if they have "rounded" off or worn out and replace the drive block as well.
