Abbie for Model Number TAWB600JQ1 My estate washer just sits there after it fills with water. I can hear the motor and nothing is happening. The timer works but no agitation or spinning. I can get the water to go out so nothing wrong with the pump. Hate to buy a new one but I need it fixed and there is no local repairmen or women in this area. Thanks
Answer Hello Abbie. Tilt the washer back and look under the bottom. Between the motor and the transmission is a motor coupling 285753A. Check and see if this is broke.
