Hello Duke. Remove the motor from the gear box and make sure the brackets for the coupling are good and are not broken. If they are good, and the unit is making a noise and not spinning, you will need to check and see if the clutch WP8299642 is bad on the unit and will need to be replaced. If the clutch is good, and the coupling is good, then the gear box 3360629 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Hope this helps.
