Answer Hi. If there are debris in the pump # [3363394] it will make this noise. Remove the pump hoses and see if there is anything in the impeller or in between the outer impeller and the housing itself. Then when the unit reverses into the spin mode, it turns the opposite direction and water is drained. If you see black rubber and plastic pieces under the center of the unit then you need to unclasp the motor coupler part # 285753A. Thank You. Read More...
