April for Model Number MDB7749AWW1 Dishwasher will not start. Start button keeps flashing. I've replaced the fuse, circuit board and control panel. when I "reset" all light stay on. I can cancel and turn off lights. I try to push a wash cycle and then the Start button -- nothing but then the Start button keeps flashing. Any other ideas? Door latch seems to work ok.
