Kevin for Model Number MDB6709AWS - SN FY4202240 Currently, my Auto Clean Plus, Heavy, Normal, Light buttons are selectable - but rinse-only is not. When I click any of the buttons that work, Tough Scrub Plus and Heated Dry light up - but I can't de-select them and I can't get hi-temp wash or sanitize or delay hours to light up. And of course I can't get start or cancel/drain to run/light. I did open up the door and tested for power at various points - including the switch all positive. When I first took things apart and held the door switches down manually - everything seemed to work - so then I put everything back together and it wasn't working. So I thought it was the door-switches - I dismanteled everything again but now even if I hold the door-switches manually it still is not working... why did it work the first time I did that. I also pulled the ribbon-cable from where it connects to the control board and re-attached it.... the cable doesn't looked kinked or damaged in any way. Everything points to the control board vs the keypad - but I've read others that replaced their control board only to still have it not working properly. If the control-board doesn't resolve the issue can I return it?
