Michael for Model Number gi5fvaxyy-ss Hello, I noticed that the temperature displays are not lit. However when any button is pressed on the control panel air beeps and all the lights on the control panel illuminate. Also the fridge and freezer seems to have stopped cooling.
Answer Hello Michael. It sounds like the main board WPW10312695 may be bad on the unit. You will need to check the main board. If it is good, then the dispenser board W10740218 will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
