Ryan for Model Number Whirlpool Gold GI5FVAXVB02 Our temperature control panel is not working. The lights inside the refrigerator still work and when I touch the panel it lights up with all digits 8s. Pressing for water or ice emits a high pitched squeak. I am assuming the board (W10162500) needs to be replaced, but wonder if other problems are afoot. Thanks
Answer Hello Ryan, This is most likely the H.V. Control Board WPW10310240. There is a possibility that the issue is the L.V.
