Tony for Model Number Whirlpool gi5fvaxvl01 Hi, I also have a 2010 Whirlpool Gold bottom door frig.I cannot turn off the lock feature which prohibits me from using any of the controls. When i hold it for the 3 seconds all that happens is it beeps, the light turns on and off, the ice dispenser door opens then closes. Any suggestions before I buy a new control module.
