Mary for Model Number KFCS22EVMS5 Like many other customers, the pin which holds the deli drawer door has broken. According to Whirlpool's parts list, the part number of the pantry drawer end cap on the right side is W10121977. I've looked very carefully and can't find any screws, even under the drawer guide. There are several plastic clips. Can you tell me how to replace the end cap without screws?
Answer Mary, The endcap will have screws that hold it in place. If you remove the crisper drawers, the deli drawer the deli drawer cover and look at the endcap, there will be 3 insets that will have screws in them.
