Jeanne November 10, 2018 for Model Number KFCS22EVMS2 The plastic piece that holds the cover for the deli center broke. I found it listed as the endplate. When they are saying right or left is this as you looking at the inside of the refrigerator. The broken piece is on the left as I look into the refrig but the left part looks to me like it should go on the right side. Could you please verify for me. Thank you

Dawn February 28, 2017 for Model Number kfcs22evmso I need to replace the left hand pantry end cap. Which model number do I order? Also the refrigerator door handle is loose. I have tried tightening it with an allen wrench but it will not tighten. Is there an internal part that needs to be replaced?

Kevin M July 24, 2016 for Model Number kfcs22evms7 I have the replacement part for the deli drawer endcap (part number WPW10121977) but I can't figure out how to remove the old one. I've removed the drawer, the crisper drawers above and the glass shelf along with the two support beams but I can't figure out how to remove the right end cap with the adjuster on it. thanks
1 Answer Kevin, The end cap will be held in by a couple of screws that are recessed into the endcap. You will need to locate these screws and remove to get the endcap off. Once off you will slide the metal rail and look for the screws holding the rails in place. Read More...
Ron R June 21, 2016 for Model Number kfcs22evms2 I've had to replace the pantry endcap on the left side and now have the replacement part. I can't figure out how to remove the broken one. There are now visible screws to remove and i don't see anything to push, pull, etc to remove the old one. Any suggestions? Thank you, Ron
1 Answer Ron, When you look at the endcap there will be insets on it that screws would go into. Once the screws are removed you will slide the endcap forward just a little and then rotate it inward toward the middle of the refrigerator to remove the endcap. Read More...
