Chance for Model Number WRS325FDAM Bought a floor model Whirlpool side by side with door water and ice. after installing water line and turning on i opened the freezer and water was pouring out of the ice maker and down into the bin, as if the sensor wasn't stopping the inlet valve. so not sure if its the valve stuck open or the ice maker?
Answer Chance, If you had to turn the water supply off at the faucet, then the fill valve is stuck open. If you had to remove power to the refrigerator to stop the water flow, then the ice maker fill circuit is at fault and you'll need to replace the ice maker.
