Bill for Model Number WRS325SDHZ01 my water dispenser has an intermittent issue when dispensing water sometimes it makes a loud noise and it starts sputtering. water starts spitting out. not a constant flow. almost like a submersible pump when it gets to the point of an empty container that you are pumping water out of. there aren't certain times or reasons. it can be once a day or 5 times a day. it makes it hard to troubleshoot! any help will be appreciated. thanks in advance Bill
Answer Bill, it would be recommended that the water line at the corner of the door is disconnected and the tubing coming from the back of the refrigerator placed into a cup or a pitcher. This will allow the dispenser to be used to identify if that specific tubing will still sputter. If it does not, there may be a pinhole or partially frozen tubing W11163765 that goes through the door. If it does still sputter, there may be an issue in the water reservoir W11239665. Read More...
