Vivian for Model Number WRS325SDHZ00 issues with the water dispenser and icemaker. I changed the water valve and filter, and still no water. I removed the water filter and a good flow of water came thru the dispenser, however, there is still no water going into the ice maker. please advise!
Answer Hello Vivian, if the water dispenser only gives water with the water filter cartridge filter removed then the filter head housing needs to be replaced. Concerning the ice maker if it not filling, manually add water to the ice maker and check after 12 hours or so, if the ice maker did not harvest and dump the cubes then check the freezer temp is below 10 deg, if so then replace the ice maker.
