Hi Bobbie. Remove the lower kick panel and see if all the legs are level and touching the floor. Disconnect the hose from under the sink and try to pump(cancel) into a bucket. Check tjhe hose end and the sink connection for clogged. The pump impeller can be loose on the pump shaft and causing it to back up. Use your installation manual to see if the drain is hooked up correctly. It will show that the drain hose should enter the very top of the cabinet. It then needs to be looped and clamped there to the upper most back wall. Then taught to the drain plumbing point of the sink. Take the top of the motor assy. apart to clean the screen filter regullairly. Use dishwasher clean monthly so it will clean the entire wash system. This part # is TJ104. The pump part # is WP6-917641. Thank you.
