Samuel W. for Model Number kuds01flss5 I replaced the latch and strike on my kitchenaid superbra undercounter dishwasher. Before, I could use a mop to hold it closed and it would work. It is staying closed on its own but it does not start. Do you have any ideas on what could cause this? The lights on the panel work but the dishwasher is not engaging. In addition, I am not hearing the click associated with the water and latch engaging. Thanks Sam,
Answer Hello Samuel, You should first check the unit for leveling and proper mounting to the cabinet. If these things check out, I would suspect the door switches WP8269209.
