Answer Hi Lillie. Your question is loaded with possible failures. You have to diagnose which part failed? This failure will cause belts to burn when the motor cannot turn as it is called to. Is there something in between the inner and outer tub (clothing), stopping the inner basket to stop? Is there something caught in the pump, stopping the belts? Is the machine clutch/ brake system locked up? Is the motor bearings locked up? Any one of these problems causes the complaint described. The belt part # is 12112425.The pump part # is WP6-2022030.
