Answer Hello Robbie, first, with washer not operating, you should be able the lid and turn the basket by hand. If it turns you will need to run the Test mode to determine what the fault code is from the control board. Your washer came with a Test sheet it is located behind the front cabinet panel near the top in a plastic bag. It has all the tests, troubleshooting guide, and specs for the washer. Read More...
