Thomas F for Model Number LSG7806AAE Thank you for the previous advice. So it seems I am going to need AP4372971bearing Kit AP253016 seal kit as well as the recomended spanner wrench. While I am at it should I put in a new belt??? At 7 years + and I will have the machine open? Also, I am a very handy guy, can I do this on my own and is there a resource for detailed instructions on how to replace these parts? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thomas
Answer Thomas, Yes, as long as you're there, and doing a repair, I would replace the belts 12112425, If you do this right you'll get quite a few more years of uninterupted service. Belt replacement is a basic and simple replacement, raise the front of the washer a few inches and block it up, Carefully roll the pump belt across the front of the washer off the pulleys then the drive belt at an angle from left front corner to the crnter. and reverse the procedure to install the belts and adjust if necessary. We're sending you some information for the bearing repair. Good Luck and Thanks Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, April 30, 2012
