Aleya for Model Number KDFE104DSS0 Our dishwasher tablets are not getting dissolved, and dishes are not being cleaned. Checked that inlet valve/float switch both register appropriate ohms, wash arms are clear (not clogged), tablet dispenser wasn't being blocked, water is entering dishwasher and is hot, but there are no washing sounds during wash cycle, only a distinct hum. Draining function seems to be working as expected. I think I narrowed it down to the circulation pump or pump/motor assembly being the problem. Leaning towards replacing the latter in case it's more than the circulation pump. (Hoping it's not also the computer board) Wondering if you have any more troubleshooting suggestions before I buy a replacement pump/motor assembly. Thank you!
Answer Hello Aleya, likely the wash pump has failed, you can check if it is getting 120vac (with a multimeter) from the control board after a water fill at the motor's wire terminals, if so then the wash pump would need to be replaced, it is part W11032770.
