Jerry for Model Number MDB6601AWW Detergent cartridges are being dropped to the bottom of the dishwasher, but we find them barely dissolved. Could this indicate that the dispenser door opens, but at the wrong time during the cycle? How do we resolve this issue?
Answer Hello Jerry. It sounds like the unit is not filling properly. Check for a stuck float and if it is good, replace the water valve. If the water level is good, then check and see if the shaft is stripped out on the motor and if so, replace the seal kit WP6-919539. Read More...
