John for Model Number KUDC101XSS6 The door gasket is leaking on one side only. I replaced the seal and noticed that the new seal is not as wide as the original. The unit is still leaking on the same side. The unit is level. I checked the spray arms and they are not cracked.
Answer John, Open the door and use a mirror, and check the lower door seal WPW10497235 for damage or deterioration,also check the corner barriers W10195837 at the bottom of the door. Check the door hinge, and hinge pins to make sure they aren't bent or damaged. Lastly, loosen or remove the top flange mounting screws, recheck the dishwasher for level, and make sure the door is aligned to the tub, then reattach the top flange screws to the counter top.
